Your responsibility

Keep your account secure and upload only records and images you are authorized to use. Review all generated images and documents before sharing them.

Property representations

Virtual staging is illustrative. AI can change details. Compare results with the original, disclose virtual staging when appropriate and follow your listing rules. RealPilot does not certify an image as an accurate representation of a property.

Documents and calculators

Calculator results are estimates based on your inputs. Lease templates, visible PDF signatures and other documents require your own review. They do not replace professional advice or a verified electronic-signature service.

Payment and availability

Paid features display applicable prices in their own checkout. New individual subscription prices are not set. Provider services, generation and paid exports are available only after configuration. Contact the operator about payment, refund or retrieval issues with your payment reference; never send card details.

Keep your records

Export important records and keep downloaded files. Browser data can be cleared, and a cloud snapshot does not include every file. No automatic synchronization is promised.
