LAST CONDITION DEADLINE
How this is estimated

What the calculator assumes.

Counting. Calendar days count every day after the acceptance date. Business days start the next business day and skip weekends and the holidays observed in every province (New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Canada Day, Labour Day and Christmas Day). Provincial holidays such as Family Day, Victoria Day, Saint-Jean-Baptiste or Thanksgiving are not skipped, so add a day if one falls inside a period.

Your agreement rules. Standard forms define how time is counted and the hour a condition expires (often 11:59 p.m. on the last day). Missing a deadline can end the deal or make it firm, so confirm dates with your REALTOR® or lawyer. Compare offers with the offer comparison tool.
